We deliver to all 48 contiguous US states as standard. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is available on request and may incur additional freight charges based on routing and the size of your unit. We offer three delivery speeds to suit different timelines and budgets. When placing your order, our team will confirm which option best fits your needs and provide a full cost breakdown before you confirm anything.
Our fastest delivery option, ideal for customers who need their container or portable building on-site as quickly as possible. Your unit is loaded onto a tilt-bed flatbed truck and delivered directly to your site within 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.
The driver will tilt the bed and slide the container off into the position you direct, as close to your desired location as safe vehicle access allows. Site requirements: firm, level ground; clear vehicle access — minimum 10ft wide, 14ft overhead clearance; access length sufficient for a vehicle up to 60ft long; and a responsible adult on-site to direct placement and sign the delivery documentation.
Our most popular delivery option, balancing speed and cost for the majority of residential, commercial, and construction site deliveries. Your container or portable building is delivered directly to your site within 7 to 12 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Suitable for: standard 20ft and 40ft shipping containers, 8ft × 10ft anti-vandal units, steel and anti-vandal cabins, and most toilet and shower welfare blocks being placed on accessible, level ground.
Our most budget-friendly delivery option, for customers with flexible timelines who want to save on delivery cost. Your unit is delivered within 10 to 15 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received, using the most cost-effective routing available to your location.
The same site access requirements apply as with our other delivery options. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process and confirm your expected delivery window in advance.

If you have any concerns about your site's suitability, please contact us before your delivery date. Our team has extensive experience with challenging sites and can advise on the best approach or recommend our forklift/crane installation service where standard delivery is not possible.
Delivery costs are calculated based on your location, the distance from our nearest depot, the size and weight of your unit, and the delivery method selected (Express, Standard, or Economy). A full delivery quote is always provided and agreed before you confirm your order — there are never any surprise charges. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, our team will contact you with your scheduled delivery date. We will call you at least 24 hours in advance to confirm the arrival window, and the driver will call approximately 1 hour before arriving. For extended deliveries, we provide regular updates at each stage of the logistics process.
